Our play parachutes are terrific fun, both for indoor or outdoor use - guaranteed to add an extra dimension to your Family worship, children's group time or weekday club activities. Parachutes are a great way to encourage children to work together in a non-competitive way, and there are a range of activities that can be used. Parachutes can be used for prayer times, Bible stories, role play, games or just plain fun! These parachutes also encourage interaction between all age groups and generations in a way you may not often find in church. Once you've tried them, you'll be hooked! |
| Each parachute is constructed of nylon, reinforced at stress points and complete with nylon handles. The nylon is rip-stop and the parachutes comply with European Norm 71 ("EN-71") Parts 1 and 3. There is also a 6mm rope sewn around the edge which gives excellent grip. The number of handles may vary but with the larger parachutes children or adults can grip the 'chute by the rope in between the handles. They come complete with their own carrying and storage bag. We recommend parachutes up to 5.0m diameter for smaller groups in confined spaces. Those of between 5.0m and 9.0m are suitable for larger groups and special occasions. You should beware that not all play parachutes are the same. Some suppliers will sell items which are designed for light usage on just a few occasions, made of lightweight polyester or similar. Our play parachutes, by contrast, are designed for frequent usage and will consequently stand up to repeated use!
